2014 Accomplishments:

Mission Team:



• Spiritual Focus: Create an atmosphere of harmony and seek to be understanding.
• # of Bright Future School children sponsored = 128
• Contractors: Noelle Buie hired in the U.S. to be the Child Sponsor Coordinator and Trina Gorseth took on the Payroll job.
• Paid for in Rwanda: Executive Director.
• Pastor’s training Conference in Kigali.
• Graduated the 50 women at JWEP to sew.
• Sue McDonald and Jubilee Degitz visit Rwanda and attend the JWEP graduation.
• Oklahoma team visits Rwanda and builds a classroom.
• The Ambrose School sends a team in June and they take gift bags and Bibles to distribute. Val MacMahon takes many professional photos of the BFS students and distributes them to sponsors when she returned along with refrigerator magnets with photos.
• First Ambrose child sponsor drive.
• Sent money over to purchase sewing machines for the women’s program.
• Signed up for Guidestar.
• Started working on the church in Kigali that was on the previously purchased land.
• Built a BFS office and library.
• Chick-fil-A fundraiser with Ambrose students.
• Child Sponsor cards for Ambrose.
• Emanuel left the child sponsor position in Rwanda and Bill Bundugu hired in Rwanda to be Pastor Patrick’s executive officer.
• Steve Doyle of Maine and Mike Lumbers of Oklahoma have joined the team as Regional Reps in their respective areas of the country.
• Golf Tournament Fundraiser.
